We understand that while timing is certainly important, it is not the only requirement for successful investing.

Dealing with a firm with fresh ideas, experience in selecting individual stocks, and gearing all recommendations to client objectives is a step in the right direction.

We are not financial planners. At Underhill Securities Corp., we believe the client is the one with the clearest understanding of their future financial needs.

You manage your own money and save the management fees. Our firm operates on a commission basis and client accounts only incur commission charges on a transactional basis.

Our firm assists in meeting your goals by making recommendations in diversified equities, not managed funds, according to your risk preferences. Our goal is to help make our clients smarter about investing their own money.

Underhill Securities Corp. is currently licensed in the states of AZ, CA, FL, ID, IL,  KY, MA, MT, NV, OH, TX and WA.  No offers may be made or accepted from any US resident outside these states.

A broker/dealer, investment adviser, or representative may only transact business in a US state if first registered, as appropriate.  Follow-up, individualized responses to persons in a state by such a firm or individual that involve either effecting or attempting to effect transactions in securities, or the rendering of personalized investment advice for compensation, will not be made without first complying with appropriate registration requirements, or an applicable exemption or exclusion.

Market Risk - Even a long-term investment approach cannot guarantee a profit.  Economic, political, and issuer-specific events will cause the value of securities to rise or fall.  Because the value of your stock portfolio will fluctuate, there is a risk that you could lose money.

Small Company Risk - Securities of small firms are often less liquid than those of large companies.  As a result, small company stocks may fluctuate relatively more in price.

Precious Metals/Commodities/Gas & Oil Risk -  Precious metals and oil and gas markets are speculative, volatile and prices for securities in these markets may rise or fall over time.  There is no guarantee that any client buying for investment purposes will be able to sell for a profit in the future.

Foreign Exchange Risk - Investing in securities on foreign exchanges has the additional risk of the rise or fall of the foreign country currency.  As such, even if the price of the individual security remains constant, the security owner could see a net profit or loss upon selling the asset due to fluctuation of the currency.
